Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Major in Accounting/Finance
• Master of Business Administration (MBA), Major in Accounting/Finance
• Partly qualified CA or CMA

Experience

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Applicants with experience in the following industries are preferred:
  • Banks
  • Leasing
  • Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
  • Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care
  • Chemical Industries
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply

Responsibilities & Context

Purpose of the Job:
To assist management in standardizing the finance organization and financial processes, and to provide necessary MIS reports and analyses for the smooth operation of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist management in creating an efficient and agile finance organization.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for financial processes.
• Prepare MIS reports to assess company performance.
• Conduct feasibility analyses for new projects and investments.
• Implement budgetary controls.
