Requirements

Education

• SSC in Business Studies
• HSC in Business Studies
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience

• Maximum 3 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in trading, export/import, or engineering firms is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age: 22 to 30 years
• Maximum 2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)

Responsibilities & Context

• Transition to permanent employment after successful completion of the probation period.
• Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger posting in both manual and ERP software systems.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements for multiple banks.
• Uphold a high level of ethics and honesty in all financial dealings.
• Handle bank-related tasks such as document collection and submission, as well as deposits.
• Collaborate with the purchase department and other project teams to arrange funds as needed.
• Prepare cheques as required.
• Maintain receipts, payment vouchers, and financial registers.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Be ready to handle any accounts-related tasks assigned by management.
• Track and follow up on departmental daily activities.
• Manage inventory, fixed assets, and data entry using ERP software.
